The importance of arts appreciation from Baryn Futa

July 20, 2019

Across society, and especially in the school system, the appreciation for art is dying. As a result of lacking funding for an arts education in addition to lacking financial support for art museums and other creative outlets, various artistic mediums are taking a back seat as we push through 2019. Art collector, appreciator and benefactor Baryn Futa, however, aims to change the perspective on the arts and improve the avenues of support it receives.

Futa believes that the arts deserve to be supported, that they provide something unique and special to society. He also knows that they are forgotten and frequently go without the support -- financial and otherwise -- that they sincerely need. Acknowledging that many artists cannot make a reasonable living on these endeavors, nor can many museums thrive long-term, Baryn Futa urges communities everywhere to join him in better supporting fine arts and the ways in which they unfold across the globe. Growth, after all, is dependent on that community support; the demise of the arts results from community and a lacking just as equally.
